Dr. Bali is currently Director, GD Goenka World School. Prior to this, she was Principal and Head, Kasiga International School, Dehradun. She has more than three decades of experience in developing student centric environment, geared towards maximizing learning experiences. Under her leadership, GD Goenka World School leapfrogged from # 80 to # 6 as per the Education World rankings. Kasiga too has been ranked ninth from an earlier ranking of 34, under her management. Neeta has also been responsible for initiating international exchange with the Oban High School in Scotland and immersion programmes with French schools. Dr. Bali has a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and has undergone her courses in Bachelor’s and Master’s from the reputed Delhi University. She was the recipient of Jean Lawrie International Award by the IASL (International Association of School Librarianship) in 2015. The award is conferred for promoting the spirit of International mindedness. In 2013, she was conferred with the ISA – International School Award by the British Council – for nurturing the spirit of International mindedness in the school. The same year, she received the ‘Inspiring Educator’s Award’ received from Dr. Kiran Bedi. She is also the recipient of the Outstanding Teacher Award (Rotary Club, 2005), Mahila Rattan Award (Solidarity Council, 2012), Best Educationist Award (Indian Productivity Council, 2012) and Star of Asia Award, 2012. She has also received an award for “Promoting Excellence in Education” from Dr G V G Krishnamurthy, former Election Commissioner in 2014. Dr. Bali is also the author of several books, published by renowned publishers of school titles.

She is currently Head of Curriculum Development and Dean of Residence and Pupil Welfare at GD Goenka World School, Gurgaon where she oversees the academic and administrative aspects of the CIE's IGCSE programme.

Ruma has close to two decades of experience as an educationist. Her focus is pragmatic, ideological and pedagogical. Working in various capacities with the CBSE and Cambridge International Examinations has helped her gain a wide perspective on the Indian education system.

Prior to GD Goenka World School, Ruma was Head of Curriculum Development at Kasiga School, Dehradun. At Kasiga, she has held several roles including Housemaster, Head of Department and Head of Curriculum.

She has led complex turnkey projects and driven Career counselling initiatives apart from being a facilitator and senior faculty. Her diverse roles have enabled her to understand the dynamics and challenges that a role in education management might offer.

Priyanka is currently Principal of Maxfort School Dwarka, New Delhi, a position she has held for the past nine and a half years. Prior to that she was at Anand Niketan Satellite, Ahmedabad. Earlier she was at Panjim with the Sharada Mandir School.

Dr. Verma is currently Director at SIES College of Management Studies. Prior to this, he was Director at GNIMS Business School, Mumbai. Earlier, he was the Founder Director at Kohinoor Business School, Khandala; the latter set up jointly by Carleton University, Canada and the Kohinoor Group of Mumbai. Dr. Verma served for more than eleven years at the helm of affairs at Kohinoor. Earlier he was Adjunct Professor at Sprott School of Business, Carleton University, Canada. Before that he was Associate Professor at ICM (Institute of Capital Market). Here, he was member of the team for launch of the Investor Education Program on behalf of Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) and various Stock Exchanges such as Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchanges, the two largest exchanges from India. He designed, coordinated and conducted several International programs under Colombo Plan Secretariat, Sri Lanka & the MoF, India. He also organized and conducted dozens of training programs in Capital Markets & Investment Banking. Before the ICM stint, Dr. Verma held a senior faculty role at the famed XLRI Jamshedpur for more than nine years. Among his other responsibilities at XLRI, Dr. Verma also headed the Finance Area of XLRI as Academic Chairperson for four years, apart from heading the Professional Development Division (PDP) of XLRI from April 1993 to April 1995 which functions as the most important revenue generating division for the institute.

Dr. Natesan is currently Program Head, ADMAP at SP Jain of Management Research, Mumbai. She has also taught at IIM-Indore, IIT-Madras and NJIT (New Jersey Institute of Technology), New Jersey. Dr. Natesan has also worked at the United Nations Trans National Corporation and Management Division, NY. She has done her PhD from IIT-Madras and has an MS in Industrial Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology, New Jersey, and Rutgers Graduate School of Management. Dr. Natesan also has a Master’s in Business Economics and Bachelor’s in Economics Honours from Delhi University. She is an economist with background in teaching, supply chain consulting, and economic and strategic analysis of public policy. She has taught economic policy, macro and micro economics and statistical methods for economic analysis at undergraduate and post-graduate level, for close to a decade-and-a-half. Her previous experience includes a decade of industry experience in strategic supply chain planning and cost reduction, and seven years in economic policy research and consulting. Her research interests pertain to the use of quantitative and qualitative methods in management and policy learning and evaluation; establishment of contextual factors affecting implementation of policies delving further into the role of implementers in efficient and effective outcomes.

Dr. Dalvi is currently Dean, Programs at the BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) Institute Ltd. At BSE Institute, he provides vision and dynamic leadership to the Post Graduate and Under Graduate programs, along with administering and providing guidance to different academic programs. Dr. Dalvi also represents the institute at relevant national and international forums. He is responsible for counselling students and developing programs to support the student’s progression and academic success. Prior to this, he was a senior faculty for Finance at Kohinoor Business School where among other things he was responsible for identifying course requirements, preparing course outline, delivering courses in Finance & Accounting (Derivatives and Risk Management, Security analysis and portfolio Management, Financial statement analysis, and Cost management and Corporate finance). Dr. Dalvi was also responsible for evaluating and mentoring students as well as guiding the Summer and Winter projects at the management institute. Prior to that, he has worked with several organizations during a career spanning over two decades. Dr. Dalvi holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Taxation, an MBA degree in Marketing and a PhD in Finance. He has more than ten research papers to his credit that have been presented in national and international conferences.
